Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital marketing strategies and on-ground marketing tactics. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence, drive website traffic and increase customer engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers and promotional materials, for on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate on-ground marketing events, such as seminars, workshops and trade shows, to connect with potential customers and promote our services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of on-ground marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online advertising platforms, social media management tools and website analytics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms.
