Role Overview
vQsystems is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong technical depth across modern web frameworks and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about building secure, high-performance applications, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions aligned with enterprise-grade quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modular, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Django (backend).
- Architect scalable RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver seamless, user-focused interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation according to engineering best practices.
- Contribute to architectural planning, DevOps workflows, and system design discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, Django, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS / Docker / Kubernetes environments.
- Deep understanding of software security, API design, and scalable system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within agile teams.
