Role Overview

vQsystems is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the strategic definition, development, and delivery of our next-generation enterprise platforms.

This is a senior, high-impact position bridging engineering, AI innovation, and business strategy.

You will define the technical vision, shape the product roadmap, and partner closely with cross-functional engineering and research teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent systems.

This role demands a rare blend of technical fluency, strategic foresight, and execution excellence within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business and user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to translate vision into clear technical deliverables.
  • Define system-level product requirements, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and security compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and design to launch, feedback integration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and prioritise initiatives based on impact, complexity, and dependencies.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, research, design, and GTM teams for timely execution.
  • Analyse performance metrics, customer insights, and competitive trends to shape future releases.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, articulating its technical strategy and innovation value.
  • Act as a technical liaison between executive leadership and engineering delivery — ensuring transparency, efficiency, and alignment.
  • Foster a data-driven, experimentation-first culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, with 3+ years in enterprise-scale technology products.
  • Strong technical foundation — ideally with experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-layered platforms involving cross-team dependencies.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product lifecycle tools (Jira, Notion, Linear, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of system design, APIs, and microservices architectures.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML products, or data-intensive systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate technical depth into clear business outcomes.
  • Ability to lead technical conversations and challenge design trade-offs constructively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent experience in technology product strategy.
  • Background in enterprise security, data infrastructure, or AI-driven automation.
  • Experience collaborating with C-suite and technical founders in high-growth or R&D-led environments.
  • Familiarity with product compliance, data governance, or regulatory frameworks in enterprise contexts.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Opportunity to define and launch enterprise-grade, innovation-led platforms.
  • Direct collaboration with founders and engineering leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous learning support through professional certifications, conferences, and workshops.
  • A culture that values technical excellence, product impact, and creative autonomy.
