Role Overview
As an Accounting Liaison, you will support the accounting team by coordinating with clients, vendors, and government agencies. You will handle the routing of documents, ensure proper filing, and assist accountants in preparing and organizing financial records for compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding submission and pick-up of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, checks, contracts).
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of all financial records.
- Handle transmittals, courier arrangements, and secure safekeeping of sensitive documents.
- Coordinate with banks, BIR, and other agencies for submissions, deposits, and pickups as required.
- Support accountants in preparing schedules, reconciliations, and reports by providing organized and verified documentation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in an accounting support or liaison role.
- Graduate of any business-related course (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
- Familiarity with accounting documents (SI, OR, vouchers, BIR forms).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential records.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; comfortable handling client-facing tasks.
