Role Overview
As a Dental Assistant, you will provide clinical and administrative support to dentists and patients. You will ensure treatment areas and instruments are prepared, assist during procedures, and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures (e.g., passing instruments, suctioning, mixing materials).
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment areas.
- Maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, and handle basic admin tasks.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care under dentist’s supervision.
- Ensure compliance with clinic sanitation and infection-control standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working in a dental clinic as a Dental Assistant.
- Senior High School graduate or College level; vocational or TESDA training in dental/health support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of instrument sterilization, infection control, and patient preparation.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
